Surveyors from The Royal Commission on Ancient and Historical Monuments of Wales have discovered that the roof of Newport Cathedral is older than previously thought.

Newport Cathedral’s sixth gala ‘Knightsbridge comes to St Woolos’ concert will this year double up as a celebration to mark the completion of the first half of the work on the Cathedral Roof.
