With news that the Jane Hodge Foundation have awarded £5,000 to the Cathedral Restoration Appeal only weeks after a similar grant from the All Churches Trust the worked invested in by the Appeal’s Grant Committee is beginning to bear fruit.
It has today been announced by Kensington Palace that Newport Cathedral’s Royal Patron, HRH The Duke of Gloucester will officially open the Cathedral’s Festival of Flowers on Thursday, November 27th.
