Newport Cathedral Emergency Campaign

St Woolos Cathedral will host a Cheese and Wine Evening with former Concorde Pilot, Capt David Leney.

Capt Leney joined the Concorde fleet in 1976 and was appointed Project Manager in 1977 and Flight Manager Technical in 1989. Among the famous people he has flown in Concorde are the Queen who he toke to Barbados in 1989.

The event in aid of the Mayor’s Charities: The Cathedral Restoration and Growing Space will be held at the Cathedral on Thursday, February 1st.
