Newport Cathedral Emergency Campaign

This Year’s Cathedral Christmas Gala Evening, Knighstbridge comes to St Woolos ,will be held in the middle of the Festival of Flowers, Joy to the World.

For the second year running, Edward Bevan of the Daily Telegraph and BBC Test Match Special will Compere the evening. Lady Helen Lloyd Jones, Janet Parry-Jones, Steve Taylor, former HTV Wales newsreader and Nick Webb of BBC Radio Wales are among the Celebrity readers at the event.

Add to the mix of stars and flowers the cathedral’s choir, Champagne and canapés and the night promises to again be a highlight of Newport’s Winter social calendar.

Tickets priced £30(including an opportunity to view the Flower displays and enjoy a champagne reception) are available at the cathedral on  TEL 212077.
